# Onchain Data FAQ

### What networks are supported?

Network support varies by product. See the [Supported Networks](/get-started/supported-networks) page for a complete breakdown of which networks each Data product supports.

### What is the rate limit?

The default rate limit is **100 requests per second** at both IP and project level. Contact us if you need higher limits.

### Do I need API keys?

* **Browser playgrounds** (SQL Playground, Node Playground): No API keys needed
* **REST APIs and SDK**: Yes, create free API keys in [CDP Portal](https://portal.cdp.coinbase.com/)

### How fresh is the data?

* **SQL API**: \< 500ms latency with data \< 250ms from chain tip
* **Node RPC**: Real-time access to the latest block
* **Webhooks**: \< 500ms end-to-end notification delivery

### How much does it cost?
